We are a small non-profit organization trying to manage this business independently, so we MAY NOT be able to offer you a refund, cancellation or exchange in certain cases. We do offer returns or refunds in certain cases; for that, please email us, but know that it will be at the discretion of the team handling your case. If you have purchased something by mistake and want to cancel it, please contact us immediately at madhavi@foundationeep.com or call +91 9833136293. If you are eligible for the refund, it will take us 7-10 days to process it into your original payment source.
