Entendido is on a mission to help people in Being Understood. Whether it is in our homes, classrooms, dorms or playing fields, understanding is the bedrock of emotional safety and, therefore, of growth and connection. Propitiously, many of the underlying skills and techniques needed ’To Understand’ as well as ’Being Understood’ are learnable. 

Designed using a combination of psychometric tools, isomorphic activities, simple play and, when possible, outdoor and adventure activities, Entendido has delivered tailor-made experiences to numerous students, teachers, house masters, prefects and school administrators to build these skills. 

Our custom-built experiences are anchored in the following principles 

1. No one-size fits all. Our sessions are therefore designed to meet (and often, discover) specific underlying challenges

2. Lasting change takes time and is driven by internal forces. Substantial part of our work, therefore, revolves around creating mirrors that help participants examine their own fears and motivations

3. It takes a village to raise a child. In our work we, therefore, endeavor to leverage and strengthen the unique ecosystems (prefects, teachers, housemasters and administrators) that surround the classrooms we work in. Our aim, always, is to drive a culture-change that can sustain long after we are gone.
